Instructions for Tidex File Import

How to import your Tidex trades, deposits, and withdrawals history into Cointelli

It is necessary to import transaction histories for trades, deposits, and withdrawals.

1. Trades history

Step 1.

Log in to your Tidex account. (https://tidex.com)

Step 2.

Log in and return to the first screen. (Click the TIDEX logo at the top left)

Step 3.

Click your account in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 4.

From the left menu, click TRADE HISTORY.

Step 5. Trade History

  • Trade history: All
  • All
  • Click TO CSV

Step 5.

Upload the .csv files you downloaded to Cointelli.

(Please import the downloaded files as is, without editing the file name, extension, content, etc, to avoid errors.)

 

 

2. Deposits and Withdrawals history

Step 1.

Log in to your Tidex account. (https://tidex.com)

Step 2.

Log in and return to the first screen. (Click the TIDEX logo at the top left)

Step 3. 

Click your account in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 4.

From the left menu, click D & W HISTORY.

Step 5.

Click both Download full deposits history and Download full withdrawals history.

Step 6.

Upload the .csv files you downloaded to Cointelli.

(Please import the downloaded files as is, without editing the file name, extension, content, etc, to avoid errors.)
