1. Transaction history

Step 1.

Currently, you can download transaction history from only the last 30 days from Hotbit. Please contact Hobit's support center to request your entire transaction history.

  • Message:

I am currently preparing my taxes and need my entire transaction history, including deposits and withdrawals.

Step 2.

Save the file you receive from the support team to your computer.

Step 3.

Open the file and click "Enable Editing," then click "File" from the main menu.

Step 4.

Click "Save As" and save the file as an Excel Workbook (*.xlsx).

Step 5.

Click "Save" and then "OK" on the pop-up message.

Step 6.

Upload the file to Cointelli.

(Please import the downloaded files as is, without editing the file name, extension, content, etc, to avoid errors.)

Step 7. Timezone:

The timestamps in your .csv file are based on your Windows OS settings. Check the time setting on your windows and select the matching time zone. Then Cointelli will automatically convert them to UTC.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals history

Please enter Deposit and Withdrawal history manually as the exchange does not provide it.
